Flow-Link monitoring systems for two Timberpak recycling centres

Flow-Link monitoring systems for two Timberpak recycling centres
The primary purpose of installing the monitoring systems was to automate the collection of data required for Environment Agency (EA) abstraction licence returns, specifically flowmeter readings and groundwater levels at each site. The Flow-Link system has significantly reduced the time and resources required for manual measurements, data downloads, and site visits. In addition to regulatory reporting, the systems allow the site operators to monitor the performance of the borehole pumping system, giving early detection of potential issues and enabling annual performance assessments.
All information is accessible remotely through the Flow-Link portal helping to minimise the need for routine site visits and manual checks, thereby improving overall operational efficiency and resource management.
The monitoring systems are helping us reduce the staff time spent collecting manual measurements and streamlining the abstraction licence return process.
This system also enables efficient data capture and storage to allow for easy and quick retrieval.”
